boomdaboomdaboom

EOYs are over! well like 2 weeks ago. got back marks. pretty good for math and geog and maybe language arts, but the rest are pretty bad. well apparently our whole class is getting promoted to sec2, so yay! no one gets kicked out (: went out to west coast park today for some 'family day' event. honestly, it was a total waste of time. our family members weren't even there! it was just the sec1 population and the odd few teachers. there was this huge spider web thing you're supposed to climb. it's in the shape of a pyramid. well, like almost halfway up, i suddenly remembered i'm terrified of heights so i froze. got back down and lazed about at McDs nearby. then played cards for a bit. ENLIN YOU CHEATED! (:
this is dumb. i've got to wait until 2.15 for choral night rehearsals. an hour more to go. school should rightfully end NOW, without the whole choral night fiasco, which is just planned by the school so that we won't be able to go to town and get into trouble. i tell you, choral night is a complete waste of time.
had tournie at am.c on sunday. i was a stupid player. didn't plan out and was too 'robotic' and nervous. oh well. there's always next time (: anthony doesn't understand how i can still be so happy after losing that bloody game. haha. he lost 0-6 to this dude wearing an oversized shirt and cap. my score was just slightly better, but hey, who cares.

bruised my left middle finger last week. it's kind of swollen and looks disgusting. went to the chiropractor yesterday (skipped training!) and she said to stop playing tennis for an entire week. woohoo! iced the finger until it turned slightly blue (:

well i'm done with chinese and i'm not going to go into details about the damned exam. i guess it's a good thing everyone knows i absolutely suck at chinese since i got good luck messages from stace, enlin, grass, jus and craig. i mean how does craig know about my chinese exam?! well haha thanks anyways. you never fail to amaze me, you stupid constantly-creeping-around-my-stuff freak. tomorrow's history then friday's geog. monday's science and tuesday's math paper 2. once i get this whole drama over with, i can..

krispy kremes or falling on my ass a mill times?

oh and JOSE TOO! (though i wouldn't really consider myself lucky if i had private lessons with jennylow. eurgh. but then again, you're not going to school tomorrow. GAH.)

well today was the math paper which was ok i guess, but i screwed up because i didn't read the instructions properly and went on to do question 9 after 8. well halfway through i realized it was completely unnecessary so i stopped and cancelled the whole thing. f s i screwed up question 8. i feel like swallowing a box of stapler bullets right now so i don't have to go to school tomorrow. i'm not going to pass chinese and my f ass is going to get kicked out of school. i'm going to get skinned alive. i hope jennylow isn't out to get me, since she's the one who's setting the paper.
oh the queen's baton relay. ("bah-tuhn" says mdm mak. "correct british pronunciation." i'm sorry but i'm not british. enlin says it's "buh-tawn" but i fully thought it was "bate'n". whoa why am i even discussing this topic?) well they were supposed to run over from hci, but i swear they were walking/half-jogging. it was so hot and i wanted to go HOME. then mdm mak said something ("blah blah blah..baton...good luck...blah blah..") and all 400 of us (approx.) got to feel and carry the baton. i was like, "why can't we just go home already?!" well that took ages and after that they wanted a mass photo. god.
oh electricity was shut off until 6 yesterday because of. i don't know because of what, but they just shut it off. i decided i had to have aircon so i went to jemma's place (the next block) and she was STUDYING. but she had aircon and she let me stay (: well i think i was reading a book or something on her couch and i FELL ASLEEP. for like THREE HOURS. when i woke up i was like, "why didn't you wake me up?!" and stupid jem was still studying. well maybe not exactly 'stupid' since her grades are a lot better than mine (: so i stared at her fish tank for like 10 minutes (pretty fishies. she's got a HUGE tank. i'm getting one for my birthday. def.) before i left. i think her exams are tomorrow or something.
oh i just tore open a snickers bar and i don't feel like eating it. anyone hungry can call me and i'll sell it to you for 50 cents. what? it's a whole dollar cheaper!

i think i've done this odd thing last october, but i feel like redoing it, since a lot of things have changed this past year. oh and i was looking at my ancient bloggings, and they're crap. i would delete them, but that would scar my sentimental values. oh and i want to compare my answers to a year ago's.

and joe says: wow

well it's the WEEKENDS! and the weekends rock! well maybe not this once since exams are right after. well anyways, like 10 day til the end of EOYs. anthony woke up with a swollen, red eye today. he and rob kept saying that it's some kind of contagious disease, but i was pretty sure that it was some kind of allergy. maybe the clams the last night or something. i mean, i should know, since i'm the allergy-prone one whose eyes go swelling up like those freaky goldfish at ocean park. well but my eyes don't go bloodshot eyes, like his did. so maybe it's some sort of contagious illness. oh my ipod's crapped again. there's a picture of a miniature ipod with its eyes crossed out and its tongue sticking out. REALLY. I AM NOT MESSING ENLIN!
went some club21 show thing in the afternoon. god. ouch. stayed for 20 minutes.
just came back from dinner. stuffed with sticky date pudding and vanilla ice cream.
oh right i forgot. played a little tennis with robin this morning as well. well joe and this dude was playing in the next court and it was weird. joe kept going like 'wow' in this funny way and he kept going on about stamina and how you should play a lot of tennis to obtain it. oh sure like dan the eight year old. who beat rob over and over again (: well like an hour later we stopped because rob was tired. yuck. nice talk about stamina joe, we'd really put it to good use. oh then joe stopped too and he was telling me about singaporean coaches and ncode rackets. something about henin's n12. and all i said was 'i like the color (:' and 'whoa it's heavy'. and then he offered me wheatables but i didn't take any because. i don't know, really. not in the mood for wheatables?

i'm spouting nonsense here but nevermind (: everyone loves nonsense or at least i do. stace and grass are playing cards while i type nonsense. oh before dinner we were trying to to connect the printer to the computer (it came loose) and then i think grass got electrocuted or something since she started jumping around and waving her hand about. then at around 5 we attempted to make marble cake but it got burnt. so we got pizza. we were hungry (: we were still hungry for dinner tho.
oh right gotta go. grass is being a bitch.

no tech

mugging. well at least attempting to mug. exams are week after next and lots of people are starting their studying just this week (: my ipod hates me. or maybe it loves me so much it can't stand being in the hands of anyone else other than me. funny thing, it completely shut down for a whole week after the sept hols. then i managed to turn it on. then it froze at least 4 times. like when i lend it to someone, the moment they touch it, it goes completely kaput. well at least it's working now. so get yer fithy hands of my baby! (:
Nanyang won some blogging event! that was random, yes. but yeah we won! they announced it this morning during assembly and i think the school got a cash prize fo 3000bucks. or maybe 30 000. i couldn't see without my specs. dang. i remember this competition because we got beaten at the first round by yishun secondary or something like that. but the school starts with a 'y'.
oh yesterday steph planned for us to play tennis during lunch. she didn't come tho. don't know why, didn't ask. well it was drizzling a bit when we started out but we continued. then it rained harder. and harder. and harder. then there was lightning or something since we all went back inside. well then me, quinza, louisa and siwei started taking photos with our phones. it got so mad (: we spent about half an hour taking photos.
oh then there was pe today, and we just had to do 2 rounds then we could play whatever. ash wanted to play tennis so i was like 'oh ok' so i played with her and nat and jem. well i was on nat's side and it was hilarious. we basically ran to get the ball more than we actually hit the ball over the court within the boundaries. i think ash ran the most since she was scurrying about and i was just standing there stoning. oh then we decided to stop because it was hopeless. i mean, put 3 racket sports together (badminton, squash, tennis) and get them to play a single racket game. disastrous. we were all swinging our rackets differently. haha. oh then we wanted to play badminton but we couldn't find the rackets so ash suggested to play soccer with gary tang. i was like 'god are you high?!'. we found some frisbees in the pe room so we decided to play that. thank goodness we didn't interact with gary tang. ew. oh then we were throwing around two frisbees and we sucked at first. but after like 10 minutes we got a lot better. well at least i got a lot better at catching. my throwing/flinging is crap. well maybe it's got to do with my horrible aiming, because i had to throw the frisbee to ash, and i kept throwing too far right and she kept having to run for the frisbee. oh then ash got pissed because my throwing sucks and she switched places with me. so i got to bully jem (: well nat i guess you're the luckiest haha!

ooh. and i finished all jennylow's work! a week/2weeks late but hey great improvement! not a month. studied physics with enrui at the library after school. so productive! for once!

slamming revolving doors

well not much happening really. i guess i wasn't looking forward to school at all since i don't like it very much, but today was alright. classes passed by really fast. loved the periods before 1st recess. we had like IT which was totally slack then history. but mrs kuan didn't come so we were given this ws/essay thing to complete. oh then finished my chinese newspaper thing which is a complete miracle since it's one of rare pieces of work i didn't hand up at least a week late. it's just a weekend late (: oh well. oh but i haven't finished the compre yet so jennylow came up to me and asked me where it is and i was like 'oh damn' so i told her i'd give it tmr.
training's stopped for a month!
awesome! (: no pt baby! it was raining pretty badly this morning and i was thinking 'woohoo it's raining and there's no training!'
we love raining no-training days.
went to am.c yesterday and everyone there is studying. i guess it's probably because there's only 2 weeks left to exams. rob's got 2 weeks left to psle's as well and i hope he does really well so i get something as well ;) anthony's being a pain skateboarding and screaming like a mentally challenged lunatic 24/7. robin's half studying and half stoning as usual. and i'm staring at the computer's screen. so productive, all of us (:
my racket strings burst during last wed training and yeah that sucked. because i had to use my old racket. and that one's grip was all mouldy and black-ish. so i got coach dave to help me change it (: well it's still not as good since there's not much control and the strings are really loose and i'm just hitting all over the place. ah nvm. no training! woohoo!
enlin's not back from la that lucky ass! eating krispy kremes and checking out the hot guys. haha.
right i've got this stupid idea for math journal - how many cookies should you eat? totally irrelevant, i know. but i was hungry. oh and they were doing science sia presentations today and it was totally funny when they poured the teh-tarik-y/muddy water through the filters and no water came out because everyone put too much cotton wool. except grace and iris'. because they're geniuses. oh and some group put grass as a part of the filter. to be completely honest, i wouldn't go around drinking water that's been sloshed about with grass. it's gross. but apparently it's supposed to 'give the water a better smell'. i totally love the smell of wet grass and all, but i've never thought about drinking the water that's been mixed around with it.
oh my presentation's on wed. enlin you'd better come on wednesday or we're dead! oh and ms chee only gives 200ml of water, and our filter is HUGE, so i think the water's not going to pass through.
gosh i wonder what she'll say when i tell them 'oh we used the filter material from aquariums'.

i have no idea why i'm writing about what happened in school really. i'm just waiting for this stupid thing to finish downloading so i'm bullshitting here. bear with me.
